The name reflects what this is: a second career, built on what we learned in the first. We bring operational discipline, patient capital, and a genuine respect for what the founder built before us.

What we're looking for.

Industry
Open to most industries — service businesses, light manufacturing, and other stable, recurring-revenue operations.
Revenue
Established businesses with consistent cash flow and a history of profitability.
Location
Open to opportunities nationwide, with a preference for Colorado.
Ownership
Owner-operated businesses, often where the founder is approaching retirement or a transition.
